Starseeds and Galactic Civilizations

Imagine for a moment, the Earth as viewed from Space. A glowing blue-green jewel set against a backdrop of 400 billion stars. There are no lines from up here.

No borders, no divisions. Just a beautiful living planet moving silently through Space. You are drawn closer, and you are astonished to find a diversity of plant and animal life unparalleled in this star system. You begin to study this world and all its curiosities eventually focusing on the most advanced life forms, the cetaceans swimming through the oceans and the early human civilization inhabiting the surface world.

Very soon it dawns on you, that all is not right. As a result of human activity the entire global eco-system is walking a tightrope, teatering on the edge of self annihilation. This world needs help. A clarion call is broadcast out through all that is and without hesitation you act.

Freely and lovingly, you move into the consciousness grids surrounding the planet. Before long, you are pulled down into a beautiful dense world and gifted a precious human body. With the support of your spiritual and star families, your memories are obscured as your odyssey begins.

This is the truth behind Starseed incarnations and the reason why you came to help transform this world. In reality every single person on Earth is a Starseed. The planet is only 4 billion years old, a relatively new world when you consider the Universe is over 16 billion years old. There has never been a time when you have not existed and there will never be a time when you do not exist. Many of the old souls on Earth have been incarnating here in cycles for thousands of years, while new comers to this world are arriving enmasse from advanced star cultures to help transform this world and move us away from the path of self destruction. They do this just by being here, and by holding the light for humanity.

December 21st, 2012. The shift begins. The mammoth undertaking to stop humanity from self-destructing was a success! The legion of support from all corners of creation and the direct actions of humanity have moved this world onto a new path. There is much work to be done now as we move forward into a bright future the likes of which we can’t presently begin to imagine. This is a time of great celebration!

Introduction
There are a number of star cultures engaging our planet at the present point in time. There are well over 250,000 unique cultures observing and assisting us as we begin to awaken and transform our world. These star cultures represent a variety of Confederations, Councils and Unions within our local universe or Galaxy. Some of the more well known groupings include: the Galactic Federation or Confederation of Worlds, the Andromedan Council, the Pleiadian High Council, and the Orion Council. These highly advanced civilizations are guiding and protecting us while keeping their distance.

Galactic Family“For quite some time, your planet with respect to our civilizations, has been in a kind of hands-off policy – non interference directive – I believe you call it. So that you may be allowed to receive information, but not in such a manner that we would in anyway, really, strongly affect the way in which you would wish to apply that information. So we’ve been holding back. Keeping ourselves at a distance, to not force you to believe in us or anything we have to say. We have kept this hands of policy to allow you to evolve in your own way according to your own choices. I believe that in many of your science fiction scenarios this is referred to as the Prime Directive. ‘Do not interfere with a society that is not ready to face a space faring society. Let them get to a point where they are ready for such contact before you engage them more fully’.”

“As of that date (December 21st, 2012), that quarantine, that hands-off policy is at an end. So the idea of contact from that point forward will not be based on our policies, it will be solely based on your worlds expression of readiness for more open contact. Nothing will prevent us from making that contact on our end after that date. It is thus then totally in your hands (the collective consciousness) after that date. Galactic Civilizations

The following list details some of the more involved civilizations engaging our planet. Many Starseeds that have incarnated onto the Earth are representatives from the following star cultures. Please note the following list is a simplified and generalized description only. There are far to many cultures to document here. Each star system may contain numerous worlds with a wide variety of physical and non-physical sentient life forms.

Race: Sirian

Location: Sirus Star System

Akhenaten Was A Sirian Description: The binary star system of Sirius is at the core of many calendars, texts and sacred knowledge of many ancient, advanced civilizations such as Lemuria, Atlantis, Ancient Egypt, Sumeria and many indigenous tribes around the globe. The Sirian star system is home to a wide variety of 4th dimensional sentient life forms. Humanoid Sirians trace their lineage back to the Vega star system in the Constellation of Lyra. The two humanoid races from Sirius are very tall ranging from 10-16 ft in height. Originally there was a very dark skinned race and a light white skinned race of humanoids which have since merged together. The cetacean home-world can also be found on the third planet out from Sirius-B.

Lost History: According to Drunvalo Melchizedek and Thoth, the Sirians fathered the human race some 200,230 years ago. 16 males and 16 females who comprised a married family, traveled to Earth from Sirius B. They merged with the Nephilim (third dimensional race from Nibiru, another planet in our solar system). After a lengthy process spanning some 2,000 years through the merging of consciousness, select Nephilim women gave birth to the first Earth human beings.

Forbidden Archaeology: The Dogon tribe in Africa have a sacred cave on their land. Inside the cave on the walls are detailed star charts and orbital data of both stars in the Sirius star system. There is also a map of our solar system which details our planets and planets not yet discovered by science, and detailed physiology of the human body including the knowledge of red and white blood cells. When scientists asked them where the information came from the Dogon related that a craft came down from the heavens and created a big hole in the ground and filled it with water. It landed on 3 legs and beings emerged from the ship, entered the water and came up to the edge. They looked very much like dolphins and they were the ones who relayed this information to them.

Race: Pleiadean

Location: Pleiades Star Cluster

PleiadeansDescription: The Pleiadean star nations are very spiritually advanced cultures existing on the higher overtones of the 4th dimension. These beings closely resemble Earth humans although alot taller with attractive physiques. Pleiadeans can be attributed to three known groupings: Nordic in appearance with fair skin, fair hair and green and blue eyes, Mediterranean in appearance with tanned skin and darker hair and eye combinations, and Native American in appearance with reddish to light brown tanned skin. There are a number of stars and planets within the Pleiadean system although most civilizations can be found within the Taygeta and Alcyone star systems. Pleiadean ancestry can be traced back to a home-world in the Constellation of Lyra. Pleiadeans also share a connection to the creation of mankind which is why they too are primary mentors guiding us and assisting us through this transition.

Historical References: There are many structures in the ancient world that have been aligned with the Pleiades star cluster, most notably the mysterious city of Teotihuacan in central Mexico.

Race: Lyran

Location: Constellation of Lyra

LyraDescription: The constellation of Lyra contains many races from many star systems existing primarily in the 4th dimension. Long recognized in Earths mythology Lyra is attributed to be the cradle of galactic human expansion. Some of the races that come from Lyra include:

– Paschat – a humanoid with cat-like features and qualities.

– Caucasian Humanoids – light skin and light eye combinations with thin to muscular builds. Most of our genetic forefathers came from this category, although Earth humans contain a large mixture of extraterrestrial genetics from different influences.

– Darker Skinned Humanoids – skin color resembles a lighter chocolate brown, brown and green eyes with dark brown hair.

– Bird Like Humanoid – this race is not to be confused with birds, they are mammals whos features are very different from humanoid. They have bird like features and are very cool and intellectual. They do not take part in galactic politics and consider themselves to be scientists, explorers and philosophers.

– Lyran Redheads – a race with Celtic like qualities: red to strawberry blonde hair, very fair skin, very large in stature almost giant like. They actually gave rise to some Norse mythology in their interaction with Earth humans in the past.

– Vegans – from the Vega star system, the brightest star in the Lyra constellation. These beings have very dark skin, sometimes copper toned, with black hair. They have large dark eyes with one lid and their blood is green. There are also non humanoid races in the Vega system.

Hidden History: “Note, this is extremely simplified, there are literally hundreds of civilizations that are not represented here. But this is the basic template. As you say in your Bible (and we will use it humorously), Lyra begat Terra, Lyra begat Pleiadians, Vega begat Orion, Vega begat Sirius. You can see some of the genetic progressions here.

The Terrans (Terrans, of course being you) and the Pleiadians are more light-skinned (Lyran).

Orions and Sirians are somewhat more Vegan. Now, there are a myriad of other civilizations: for instance, in the Vegan genetic chain there are Alpha Centauri and Altair, various planets in the Draco system, and some civilizations within Ursa Major. Race: Agarthan

Location: Inner Earth

Inner Earth Craft, Carlos DiazDescription: The Earth contains many forms of life, on many levels of existence, both on the surface and within. The legends of Shamballa, Agartha and the crystal cities of Inner Earth all refer to a race of beings that are about 1.5 million years older than humanity. Like us, they used to live on the surface of the planet and they were also always fighting, killing themselves and the planet. One day a large metallic circular craft came out of the sky and landed in one of their cities. Some beings came out and talked to them for about 30 minutes. They told them something about themselves and something about the Earth, then they left and were never seen again. Because of the dramatic way this took place they took the message seriously and it took about 100 years for them to figure it out. At that moment, they made the shift in consciousness we are about to move through and became immortal.

They began to perceive things differently and eventually dropped their physical bodies and moved into the Earth taking up residence in enormous geodes and crystal caverns, like the Naica cave recently discovered in Mexico. They love us and they see themselves as our older brothers, we share the same mother. They feel a responsibility to help us and are now appearing in physical form on the surface world to help us make this shift in consciousness. Their plasma craft can sometimes be seen emerging from volcanic craters.

Race: Hathor

HathorLocation: Planet Venus

Description: The Hathor are the most intelligent consciousness in this solar system. They reside on the planet Venus on the higher overtones of the 4th dimension. The Hathor range in height from 10-16ft tall and have an incredible knowledge of sound which they use as their primary means of interaction with reality. During the time of Ancient Egypt they were our primary mentors within the Left Eye of Horus Mystery School. Over time as we continued to drop in consciousness we could no longer see them. Only now are we starting to reconnect with these beings who are lovingly assisting us in the expansion of our consciousness. Race: Arcturian

Location: Arcturus Star System in the Bootes Constellation

We Are The ArcturiansDescription: Primarily 4th and 5th dimensional beings. 4th dimensional beings are slender and androgynous in appearance with large almond shaped eyes. The 5th dimensional aspect cannot be defined as the 5th dimension is a formless expression of consciousness. The Arcturians are a highly evolved spiritually advanced civilization which specialize in emotional and spiritual healing.

A Word On Negative Beings
Be LoveThe Universe is a living, conscious being that cares for itself in many ways. All life is one. There are tiny pockets of extra-terrestrial beings and societies that, like ourselves, are in the processes of undergoing transformation and may be considered as egoical or service to self, instead of service to others. Ultimately the Universe does everything it can to support itself (99.9..% to a thousand decimal places, of life has this understanding) but it is important to have an awareness that there may be some beings or races attempting to manipulate and distort the truth for whatever reason.

These external influences are closely monitored and restricted by the various races protecting us and guiding us through this transformation. You are a sovereign being of light and no-one can interfere with you without your

permission. Your reality is created by you, through your Consciousness. Stay centered in love and if you wish to establish communication with any races, first ask for guidance and protection from Spirit, Archangel Michael and whichever masters (like Jesus and Buddha) you feel a strong connection to, and always follow your inner guidance.
